Once the full payment for the flat or land is made, the property is registered in your name following the required legal procedures. After the registration process is completed, you are recognized as the sole legal owner of the property. All purchase-related documents and necessary paperwork are submitted to the registry office and included in the government records, ensuring that your ownership is legally protected and confirmed.

Based on the opinions and suggestions of all members, the building design is finalized through detailed discussions in the board meeting. In this process, the experience, perspectives, and expert opinions of each member are carefully considered. This ensures that the design not only meets the project’s objectives but also aligns with the expectations and needs of everyone involved.
